Highlights
- Anthocyanins show no antifungal effect on F. avenaceum.
- Cyanidin 3-O-glucoside and delphinidin strongly reduces enniatins production at a concentration of 0.2 mMol.
- Only D3G and delphinidin exert transcriptional regulation of considered enniatins-related genes.
- Ferulic acid stabilizes C3G, preserving its anti-mycotoxigenic action, but C3G nullifies ferulic acid’s antifungal effects.
